This information is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (“RGPD”).

The Responsible Entity for the Processing of your personal data is the foundation Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya.

The Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya has control over your data and the option is available to you to update and modify it in an effortless manner.

The aim of personal data processing is to manage your relationship to the Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya.

Navigation Data

The navigation system and the necessary software for the functionality of this website gathers, in the normal course of use, certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This refers to information that is not obtained for reason of being associated to identified interests, but that whose nature could permit a user to be identified by means of its processing or in association with third-party data.

In this category of data, we find included the IP or domain name of the computer used by the User to connect to the website, the URL of the resource sought, the time this was done, the method used to consult the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the server response (successful or failed, for example), and other parameters related to the operating system of the User’s computing environment.

This data will be used with the exclusive aim of obtaining anonymous statistical information regarding use of the website, or for the control of its specific technical functionality, and is immediately eliminated after said information is created, beyond any other obligation binding the server in accordance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Data Voluntarily Submitted by the User

Personal data required of users will solely consist of data meant to identify said User in general, and will only when strictly required for the delivery of services. This information will be used exclusively to offer an effective response or deliver a service to the User, and not for any other aim.

This data will be processed by processing systems found in the corresponding files of the Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya, conceived to provide users with necessary technical resources. Likewise it is ensured that previous to the delivery of personal data, users will have access to this Legal Notice and any other relevant information, and will be able to provide their consent so that the Cercle might proceed with the processing of the users’ personal data, whenever it may be necessary.

Rights of Interested Parties

All individuals have the right at any time to obtain information regarding the existence of personal data processing, its content, origin, the verification of its state, as well as the exercise of any of the rights recognised in the articles 14 to 17 of the LOPD. These rights can be exercised at the Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya, at its headquarters at Pallars Street 179, 1st floor, 08005 Barcelona, or at the Catalan Data Protection Authority (art. 7 Law 5/2002), at its headquarters at Llacuna Street 166, 7th floor, Barcelona.
